The Sundeck

The Sundeck is all about enjoying a sunbath while admiring a beautiful view of our marshland, but it’s also about cooling off with a cocktail and savoring finger foods!

Service at the Sundeck is available from 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM during the summer season.

Breakfast Buffet

Breakfast buffet is included in the room rate and is served from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on the terrace or in the restaurant (depending on the weather).

You will have a choice of a variety of white breads, whole wheat breads, pastries, and cakes, cereals, muesli, yogurt, and fresh fruits in salad and juice form, along with a selection of organic products and various seeds.

Additionally, scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon and sausages, Gravlax, charcuterie, and a cheese platter complete the buffet.

Breakfast can be served in-room for an additional charge.

Brunch Buffet

From March to June, as well as in September and October.

Every Sunday from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, we invite you to fully enjoy a Brunch Buffet in our restaurant or on the terrace (weather permitting).

Our Chef Sven FUHRMANN and his team offer a rich assortment starting with an “English breakfast” featuring a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes, cereals, muesli, and yogurt, eggs with bacon and sausages, Gravlax, charcuterie, and a cheese platter. This is accompanied by assorted salads and “land and sea” appetizers, à-la-carte hot dishes including fish, meat, and vegetarian options, and concludes with a fresh fruit display and a dessert buffet of delights and sweets.
